The Scientific Steering Committee will meet in April 2006 to allocate papers for sessions. Notification of paper acceptance for the symposium and announcement of the programme will be available in May 2006. Deadline for final abstracts is July 31, 2006. Titles and abstracts should be sent, preferably by e-mail, to the Symposium Secretariat. A selected number of papers will be eligible for publication, following peer review, in ICES Journal of Marine Science. Deadline for manuscripts for publication is August 31, 2006.
